Ok. Here is the scoop.
Thanks to my stealth investigative skills, I was able to find out that this is from a Swedish 2000 film called, "Jarnganget," where AS plays the character called, "Anders."
In this clip, he is the on the left canoe, in the front. I believe he is the first one that falls in. Ha!
